Boating at Rockport take 2

We spent the weekend up at Rockport again, this time it was much warmer! My brother Dave got the reservation so we could get together at the lake, the p's were driving to seattle for their cruise to Alaska, Dave and Inga were dog shopping, mike and susan were ?????, Heather, John, Braxton, and Nikki made it up on Saturday. We camped Friday night but came down Saturday night after dinner. We had planned on staying another night but changed our mind. Here are some pics:

Emma is enjoying a yummy breakfast of cheesy eggs and a muffin that has been warmed over the fire, and of course don't forget the hot chocolate. . .she is my daughter!

Bridger either loves to get his picture taken or hates it - depending on the time of day. Obviously he didn't mind at this time of day! He is such a little stud!

It is so great to see my family having fun together!! Boating at the lake has really been a great thing for us. I never thought thought I would enjoy it as much as I do. I just wish I had my own wakeboard - Ben's is just a little too big :-)

Well there never seems to be pictures of me, since I'm the one always taking the photos, but luckily my sister snapped this one! Oh how I love thes squinty eyes from the sun! No wonder I'm getting wrinkles!

It was a great weekend and we are looking forward to going to Bear Lake for the 4th of July! I am truly blessed to have my family. I love you Ben, Emma, and Bridger!!

One last one. . .

We went to Rockport lake over Memorial Day weekend. It was COLD!!! We enjoyed ourselves anyways, but we didn't get in the water. I only went out in the boat on the lake 1 time. Ben was out a little more than that. We are heading back up there soon and it should be warmer!

We did have fun doing other things. We went for walks, played catch, and of course ate yummy food. Here's a few more pics. . .

Bridger's Preschool Graduation

So it was last month, but an important event none the less. He is such a cutie. He loved going to Highland High's Preschool and all his teachers loved him.

Fun Times at the Cabin

We just got back from the Jones family retreat at my parent's cabin in Millcreek canyon. We had a very good time. My favorite part was the ping-pong tournament. Ben is the reigning champion - he never lost. The next cabin get together is in August so we all need to practice and beat Ben. The kids loved going on a scavenger hunt, painting bug boxes, making cards for Grandaddy, doing big bubbles and of course making smores around the fire! It was a great weekend - I was told that I need to update my blog more often so I will try. There are no photo's of me - lucky you!
